In occupations, it seems life’s choices aren’t official until you have some letters to back you up. People have a hard time respecting a position of authority, unless one has the proper papers of verification to prove it. Be they letters on a diploma, or the title on a business card, without proof… you’re just full of hot air, claiming to be whoever you are. And with only spoken words, the only thing you are is unbelievable.

But with paper comes authority. The ability to show proof to the claim you make, whether it’s to state you’re a high school graduate, a doctor or some other title… Like the title I happily embrace.
